Abraham’s Barn
Tucked into our peaceful summer meadow and framed by ancient stone walls and a gentle stream, Abraham’s Barn is a beautifully rustic venue bathed in natural light. Recently refurbished with care and creativity, the barn features original stone walls, a timeless limestone floor, and oodles of oak that lend it warmth and character.
It’s the perfect choice for bijou weddings and intimate gatherings of up to 40 guests—ideal for those looking to escape the ordinary and embrace the natural, the meaningful, and the personal. Whether you imagine a ceremony followed by a glass of Pimm’s on the lawn or a celebration surrounded by the sound of birdsong and the babble of the stream, Abraham’s Barn invites you to create something truly magical.
Isaac’s Bar & Jacob’s Table
Step inside the main country house and discover two of our most characterful spaces: Isaac’s Bar and Jacob’s Table. These elegant rooms—our dining room and residents’ lounge—are filled with quiet charm, perfect for small-scale private events, private dining, or a relaxed evening drink by the fire.
With vintage touches, soft lighting, and plenty of room for creative theming or styling, Isaac and Jacob offer a calm and welcoming canvas for everything from a candlelit celebration to a peaceful post-dinner chat. Think cosy chairs, handpicked crockery, and a comforting glass of wine as the fire crackles beside you.
Eden & Elijah’s Firepit
Our gardens are as close to paradise as you’ll find in North Devon. Rolling greenery, mature trees, a secret patio, and a natural stream make Eden the ideal setting for picnics, barbeques, and outdoor celebrations. And when the sun dips and the air cools, it’s time to gather around Elijah’s Firepit—a glowing circle of warmth and wonder.
Here, you’ll experience all four elements in perfect harmony: the dancing firelight, the grounding stone underfoot, the sound of flowing water, and the open country air above. Bring a flask of homemade soup or a hot chocolate and watch the flames flicker in rhythm with nature—it’s simple, soul-soothing magic.

At the end of our wooded walk, nestled in the most tranquil corner of the property, you’ll find Score Valley Spa—a rustic, private wellness retreat available for groups of up to six.
